Note from the Karns Community Club:

.Since we use volunteer labor to do most of the work related to our rentals, we have been able to operate for the last 3 years with no increase in our rental rates. However,  like everyone else, our operational expenses have increased such that we must now make a small increase in our rates in order to provide the quality of rental you expect. Effective August 6, 2025 our full day rental rates have increased by $25 for both the Youth Center (Center YC) and the Community Center (Center CC). The hourly rate for both centers has increased by $5. Since the holidays are quickly approaching, we have tried to keep this increase as small as possible and anticipate another similar small increase in March of next year.
